Experimental Archaeology Camp

How did they make flint tools in the stone age? What was World War II really like? What food did they eat? Are you interested in having a go at some ancient techniques and learning some historical skills?

We’re thrilled this year to offer a full weekend camp, for Cubs (10+), Scouts and Explorers.

The camp will take place at Gradbach Scout Campsite, just outside of Buxton. Taking place from 6pm Friday 18th to Sunday 20th July. The cost will be £30 per child. Youngsters cannot book on as an individual without their group attending. So persuade a few of your scouts to come along too.
